Using web links

The Web Links option in Sequence Miner opens an external link to gene- or variant-specific information in a new browser window.

To access Web Links, open a grid (e.g., by running a report builder analysis) and highlight a row of interest. For a web link to be enabled, the required column(s) must be present in the grid (see Available web links).

Select Web Links in the context menu and then select the desired web link.

The link opens in a new browser tab. If the required column(s) for the selected web link contain multiple values, the link opens in multiple tabs.
